Q) How many hours notice should I provide for a cancelled appointment?
A) We require 48 hours notice for any cancelled appointment. Please advise us immediately if you must cancel or reschedule an appointment.Q) What methods of payment do you accept?

A) We do accept walk-ins if one of our stylists is available. However, we recommend that you make an appointment ahead of time in case we cannot accommodate you as a walk-in.

A) Yes, we do. Please come to the salon and ask to speak to one of our stylists to get a quote for a colour correction. Please note, we cannot provide a quote over the phone if we cannot see your hair.

A) No, gratuities are option. Feel free to reward your stylist in appreciation for their service, if you wish. You can leave gratuities at our front desk and they will be given to your stylist.
